When planning layouts of Harmony Home Promenade apartments, our priority was to create homes for comfortable everyday life. Each apartment has ventilation with an individual recuperator from the Swiss brand Paul Zehnder, which provide heat and moisture recovery function – an important element for ensuring high energy efficiency. Thanks to the recuperator, the rooms will always have comfortable humid air, higher level of oxygen (CO2 sensor) and no dust or pollen in the air in apartment.
High-quality construction ensures the building’s longevity and A+ class energy efficiency, the indicators are equivalent to an almost zero-energy building. An additional benefit for everyday comfort is excellent sound isolation and a pleasant, healthy microclimate. Thanks to construction using VST technology patented in Austria- walls, mezzanine floors and other building structures are accurate to the millimeter, which form a monolithic, dense, and durable structure of excellent quality.
