- SIA “Harmony Home” (hereinafter – Harmony Home) The purpose of the privacy policy is to provide information on the purpose for which we obtain personal data, on data volumes and data processing terms, on data protection, as well as to inform data subjects about their rights and obligations. Every customer of Harmony Home who uses or has used the company’s services, visitors to the company’s office premises, websites and social network profiles, callers to the company’s contact numbers, tenants and/or buyers of Harmony Home real estate, public events organized by Harmony Home becomes a data subject. III Purposes of personal data processing, types of data and sources of data acquisition
- We process the personal data provided by you for the following purposes:
- For the provision of services, the sale of goods and the effective management of cash flow (identification of the client; preparation, conclusion of the contract and fulfillment of obligations, including warranty obligations; processing of submissions and complaints; administration of payments).

- For the fulfillment of the obligations specified in the regulatory acts (for providing information to state and local government institutions in the cases specified in the regulatory acts), as well as for ensuring legal protection in case of customer claims.

V To whom we transfer your personal data
- Harmony Home can transfer your personal data to other companies of the STATS group, as well as to external companies that provide services for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy within the limits of the applicable regulations. This may include, for example, the provision of services such as IT services, personal data management and analysis, conducting and conducting surveys and research, marketing and execution of various campaigns, construction, building management, management, brokerage services, etc.
